The Construction (Design and Management) 2015 Regulations (CDM Regulations) are intended to ensure that Health & Safety issues are properly considered during a project's development so that the risk of harm to those who have to build, use and maintain structures is reduced. The CDM Regulations create 3 new Dutyholders and we offer a service to those Dutyholders.
We can also act as the Principal Designer. We can engage Contractors or sub-contractor on your behalf and act as your Principal Contractor.
We can assist in assessing the skills, knowledge and experience of your proposed contractor and make introductions to contractors we have a working relationship with. We can also advise on alternative procurement strategies. It may be more cost effective to engage labour on an agreed rate and manage the labour resource.
